You need a small free space around you, water and a towel.
THE CLASS RECORDING IS AVAILABLE
You will receive a link with a unique password to access the recorded class (even if you attend the live class).
You get the link after class by the end of the day.
The class recording is accessible for seven days (until the next class).
Cancellation policy: If you book the class but cannot attend and don't want the recording, a credit will be held for a future class, providing a minimum of 2hours'rs notice (i.e., by 11 am Saturday). Please be aware that no refunds are possible for cancellations with less than 2hours'rs notice (you will get the class recording).
