I teach samba as I learned it in Brasil — through rhythm, movement, discipline, culture, and feeling.
More than learning steps, you develop body awareness, musicality, coordination, confidence, fitness, and quick thinking, while connecting with the energy and traditions of Brazilian Carnaval.
This is an immersive journey into the world of Brasil: joyful, vibrant, expressive, and welcoming.
Whether you are taking your first samba steps or discovering Samba de Rainha for the first time, this is your path.

If you’ve always wanted to learn samba but didn’t know where to begin—this is where you start.
This course is designed to give you the fundamentals of Samba.
We focus on:
- Samba no pé
- Posture, balance, and coordination
- Rhythm and musicality
- Understanding how samba feels, not just how it looks
This is where you build confidence.

Online courses for beginners, improvers and intermediate
CONTINUE YOUR JOURNEY or IF YOU already HAVE SAMBA EXPERIENCE
Once you have your foundation, OR if you already have dance experience, you move on to the
WEEKLY CLASSES at Pineapple Dance Studios.
This is where samba becomes stronger in your body.
